2. Counter-Notification

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate this DMCA Policy.

4. Removal or Disabling of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • Notify the user who posted the material.

  • Take any other necessary actions as required by law.
